Registered business
The official registered business name is Vision Routebase Co., Ltd. The company was established in 2016 in Bang Lamung, Chon Buri, after several years of informal advisory work with municipal planning and citizen-service sections along the Eastern Seaboard.
Early commissions were paper briefing packs for district offices that needed a shared view of counter performance and complaint aging. Demand for screen boards that matched those packs grew, and the firm formalised under its current name to take multi-section engagements with provincial and ministry clients.
How we work
We begin with the documents teams already trust: the service register, recent packs, and the leadership review calendar. Workshops stay small. Indicators earn their place only when an owner in the room can defend them.
Delivery stays with the same practitioners who run discovery. Handover includes a maintenance briefing so the board does not depend on us for every monthly refresh.
