Evidence from the review room
Comments from municipal, provincial, and ministry teams after boards and packs were in active use.
“We cut our monthly pack from eighteen pages to a single board and a one-page brief. The first review still ran long because people argued about definitions—but by the third month the chair finished on time.”
Siriporn Chantra · Section head, municipal citizen services · Service Dashboard Commission
“The assessment was blunt about how many indicators nobody owned. I would have preferred a softer tone for our director, yet the clarity helped us get budget for a proper commission.”
Anucha Prasert · Planning officer, provincial office · Analytics Assessment
“Our old board still showed a counter that closed two years ago. The refresh removed the dead rows and put the complaint aging measure where leadership actually looks.”
Malee Sukhum · Administrative coordinator · Dashboard Refresh
“I stopped asking my team for a separate deck the night before. The cue cards felt awkward at first, then became the only notes I carry into the room.”
Wichai Thongdee · Director, district administration · Leadership Briefing Workshop
Ministry service board for a twelve-section department
The department ran twelve sections with overlapping spreadsheets and no shared review. Over eight weeks we mapped the register, agreed ten shared indicators, and delivered a screen board plus print packs. Two sections needed a second workshop to settle ownership of complaint aging. After handover, the monthly review uses the board as the agenda; special hearings still get slides, but the standing meeting does not.
“Vision Routebase sat with our register for two full mornings before proposing indicators. The final board mirrors how our sections already speak about the work.”
Narumon Kaewjai · Programme manager, ministry department
