Refund & cancellation
How deposits, cancellations, and refunds work for Vision Routebase engagements.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid directly to Vision Routebase Co., Ltd. for assessments, commissions, refreshes, and workshops described on this site. Third-party costs (venue hire, client travel) are outside these terms.
Timeframe
Refund requests should be sent in writing to hello@vision-routebase.click within fourteen days of the event giving rise to the request, or as stated in your quotation if stricter.
Deposits
Commissions and refreshes typically require a deposit of thirty to fifty percent before discovery workshops. Deposits are credited toward the final invoice.
Cancellation by the client
- More than fourteen days before the first scheduled workshop: full refund of fees paid, minus any non-recoverable travel already booked with your approval.
- Seven to fourteen days before: fifty percent of the engagement fee may be retained; unused deposit balance is refunded.
- Fewer than seven days, or after workshops have started: fees for work already performed are non-refundable; remaining prepaid amounts for unfinished phases may be partially refunded at our discretion.
Rescheduling
One reschedule of a workshop date with at least seven days’ notice is usually free of charge. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee stated in the quotation.
No-shows
If the client team fails to attend a confirmed workshop without notice, the session fee is non-refundable. We will offer one makeup date subject to availability.
Work already started
Document review, draft boards, and packs already delivered are non-refundable for the portion of scope completed. Materials purchased specifically for your pack (specialty print runs) are non-refundable once ordered with your approval.
Cancellation by Vision Routebase
If we must cancel for reasons within our control, you may choose a full refund of prepaid unused fees or a rescheduled date.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within fourteen business days of written approval. Bank transfer refunds require the account details used for payment.
