Reporting Calendars That Section Heads Can Keep

Aligning dashboard updates with the real rhythm of municipal and ministry calendars in Thailand.

A board that updates on an arbitrary weekly schedule collapses when the team already runs on a monthly leadership cycle.

Match the refresh cadence to the review that matters: often the first week after month-end figures close, with a short freeze before the chair’s meeting.

Build in time for section heads to challenge figures before they reach the room. Surprises on the screen undermine trust faster than an empty cell.

Festival periods and budget season need explicit exceptions. Write them into the calendar so the board does not look neglected when people are rightly elsewhere.

When the calendar is honest, the dashboard stays current without heroic last-minute work.
